Senior Management Team

Norwood’s Senior Management Team is responsible for implementing the strategic decisions made by our Trustee Board.

Our Chief Executive, Elaine Kerr, heads up a team of professional and experienced senior managers. The team works together to ensure that Norwood makes the best possible use of all available resources. Our aim is to achieve positive outcomes for all the people who use our services.

 

 

Elaine Kerr – Chief Executive

Elaine Kerr Elaine Kerr joined Norwood in November 2011 from Chai Cancer Care where she was the CEO for four years.

Before this, Elaine worked in the NHS for more than 14 years, holding a variety of board posts. She is a member of the IHM.

 

Julian Anthony – Chief Financial & Operating Officer

Julian Anthony Julian joined Norwood in 2013 with responsibility for providing financial decision support, whilst ensuring the smooth running of the finance team and governance processes.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales he has held a variety of senior finance positions across the Telecoms, Technology and FMCG sectors.

 

David Harris – Director of Development

David Harris David first joined Norwood as Director of Operational Services in 2003, taking on his current role in March 2012. As a qualified social worker, he spent many years in various operational management and senior management roles for local authorities and housing associations.

He has a BA in social science, a Diploma in Management Studies and a Masters of Business Administration.

 

Shona McBride – Director of Workforce

Shona McBride Shona joined Norwood as Head of Human Resources in 2005 and moved to her current role in 2012. Previously she spent many years in the public sector, latterly as Director of Human Resources for a large hospital trust.

Shona is a chartered member of the CIPD.

 

Ron Brown – Director of Services

Ron BrownRon joined Norwood in January 2017, and was confirmed as Norwood’s permanent Director of Services in March 2017.

He has extensive experience amounting 30 years in Social Care spanning the Local Authority, Not for Profit and Commercial Sectors of the environment. He has worked in a Senior Management and leadership capacity for over 20 years and has developed a particular interest and professional expertise in Services for people with a Learning Disability.

He is a Qualified Social Worker, and has an MBA and Care Sector Management Qualifications.

 

Abi Levitt – Director of Fundraising and Marketing

Abi LevittAbi arrives at Norwood from Tomorrow’s People where she was Director of Strategic Partnerships. She has been in a senior management position there since 2007. Prior to that Abi worked as a consultant in strategic communications advising on branding, communications and development issues. Abi has 20 years’ experience as a brand consultant and market researcher, working with a mix of clients including Marks & Spencer, The Bank of England, and the BBC. She was also an Account Director at communications agency Perception and prior to that at Wolff Olins.

Abi is a French speaker, with a degree from Université de Lille.

 

Abiola Yusuf – Head of Finance

Abiola YusufAbiola joined Norwood in 2016 with a strong financial and commercial background in housing associations and charities. She has responsibility for Norwood’s financial management and payroll. She is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT).

In her leisure, Abiola enjoys spending time with friends and family. When feeling brave, she attempts roller skating with her two children.

 

Dolyanna Mordohai – Head of Children and Family Services

Dolyanna Mordohai Dolyanna is responsible for the management of three family centres, Norwood’s Early Years provision and Norwood DrugsLine. Dolyanna has over 15 experience in the voluntary and statutory sector, specialising in social care and child protection. She is passionate about working in partnership with other professionals and the people and families supported in a way which leads to positive, sustainable outcomes.
