For young people aged 16 – 25 who are neurodivergent and/or have a learning disability. Our Life Skills Club is a friendly, supportive space where young people can build confidence, learn practical skills, and have fun together. We focus on real-life activities that help young adults become more independent while feeling understood, valued, and included. Each week we explore hands on skills such as cooking, budgeting, travel training, household tasks and healthy living. Sessions are designed to be accessible, adaptable and led at a pace that suits each individual.

Do I need to be Jewish to access Children and Family services?

Our services are primarily aimed at the Jewish community but we will always try and provide support, advice and signposting to anyone who contacts us.

Where do the children and family services take place?

We have a children and family centre in Hendon and The Hub in Finchley There is onsite parking available, and all our facilities are accessible with specialist changing facilities and hoist systems in some rooms. Please contact us if you have specific requirements.
