Our Non-Violent Resistance (NVR) Parenting Approach is an 8-week course designed to support parents and carers of children and young people aged 3-18 who are developing or showing challenging or aggressive behaviours.

We understand how overwhelming this can feel, especially when your child is neurodivergent. That’s why this course is all about empowering you with practical tools, gentle yet effective strategies, and renewed confidence.

Together, we’ll explore ways to respond calmly and effectively to difficult behaviour, while strengthening your relationship and improving communication within the family.

You’ll be supported in a safe, non-judgmental space, with others who truly understand.
