Join us for a helpful and reassuring session led by two respected external facilitators, Dr Ella Rachamim, a paediatrician, and Dr Hugh Selsick, a Consultant in Psychiatry & Sleep Medicine.

Together, they’ll explore common sleep challenges experienced by neurodivergent children and young people, and how these can affect parents and family life. You’ll gain practical tips and strategies to support better sleep, along with a clear, easy-to-understand explanation of why sleep can be impacted in the first place.

This is a warm, supportive space to learn, ask questions, and feel more confident about navigating sleep with your child.
