This document provides Norwood’s Gender Pay information as calculated within the pay period of April 2022 to include the 5th April 2022 in line with the Gender Pay Gap Information Regulations 2017. A pay period takes into account all of the employees who were employed and working for Norwood during the set time frame mentioned.

      Bonus Pay:

      Norwood does not operate a bonus scheme system within the workforce; however merit awards were given to individuals who have taken on additional duties or payment from the employee referral schemes.

      Norwood consistently maintains a minimal gender pay gap. Where a small pay gap has occurred, this has been due to the number of male & female employees within the specific quartiles of pay, as demonstrated above, due to the variation of number of female staff employed in comparison to the number of male staff employed.  Norwood continues to ensure that all employees are paid in accordance to the job roles they are recruited to and not due to their gender.
